The Golf Factory sell to customers located anywhere within Australia and ship all orders at a flat rate shipping charge, via Australia Post.

What do I do if my goods are lost in transit or damaged?

Our quality control team inspects all product deliveries to ensure the goods you receive meet our quality standards. However, if you do receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us using the contact form on this website to arrange for a item replacement (postage and packaging paid by us). What if I am sent the wrong item?
Our online team take every care to ensure all deliveries from us are exactly what you asked for. However, if you do receive an incorrect item/s please contact us using the contact form on this website to arrange a replacement (postage and packaging for the replacement item/s will be at our cost).
